ACORD PLUS uses interactive methods and tries to establish a friendly relationship with each potential client in order to avoid conflicts and misunderstandings, and each topic or ambiguity can be discussed directly with the School Administration which is open for communication from Monday to Friday 9:00 – 18:00, or the school principal who can be called by phone, the contact details being indicated in the collaboration contract.
In order to provide access to information, clients can open the company’s website www.acordschool.md where, in addition to the fact that they can see their personal profile with the information about their presence at the course, results in classes and tests, the client can also ask for help from company’s consultants via live chat. The contract is regulated in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Moldova. Any claim arising in connection with this contract, in case if no common agreement is reached, the dispute shall be settled by the court.
Each English course costs 2650 MDL. The amount can be paid in one or two parts, but the total value of the services must be paid in full within 5 days from the signing of the contract and before the start of the English course. Various discounts are granted depending on the promotions valid when signing the contract and if there are people who change their mind and no longer want to attend the courses, the refund is made by bank transfer after submitting the written request for a refund at our headquarters in Chisinau , str. MG Bănulescu Bodoni, Nr. 4, ap 10a.
Payment can be made:
– directly at the cashier
– Bank transfer
– in our offices with the bank card via POS terminal
– online with VISA or MASTERCARD bank card
If the payment was made online with the VISA or MASTERCARD bank card, then the refund is made on the bank card with which the payment in question was made after submitting a request for a refund at our headquarters in Chisinau, str. MG Bănulescu Bodoni, nr. 4, ap 10a.
I. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PLUS.COM S.R.L.
1.1 Ensure the necessary conditions for intensive and interactive study and ensure the quality of courses through successful study programs such as New Cutting Edge by Pearson Longman;
1.2 Organize the English language test and organize the placement in the appropriate group;
1.3 To apply its own study policy and to request the beneficiary to respect the rules of conduct;
1.4 Establish and apply the knowledge assessment system for the final test;
1.5 To organize the final test party and to issue the certificate of completion of the courses.
II. OBLIGATIONS OF THE BENEFICIARY
2.1 To pay the course fee in the amount and at the deadlines established before the beginning of the Courses;
2.2 To actively participate in English language classes;
2.3 If the group cannot be formed at the time desired by the Beneficiary, he is obliged to choose another time;
2.4 Be punctual, present on time, on the date and time agreed with the English teacher;
2.5 To follow the teacher’s instructions. Not to have more than 3 absences, in case of absence to notify the teacher;
2.6 To carry out in time all the requirements submitted by the teacher, otherwise he will not be admitted to the final test and will not receive a certificate of graduation of the courses (rule of 3 “minuses”);
III. PRICE
3.1 Each English course costs 2650 MDL. The amount can be paid in one or two parts, but the total value of the services must be paid in full within 5 days of signing the contract.
3.2 Various discounts are granted depending on the promotions valid when signing the contract.
IV. FINAL PROVISIONS
4.1 The modification of this contract is made only by an additional act concluded between the contracting parties. This contract is concluded, in 2 copies, each of them having the same legal power;
4.2 The contract is regulated in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Moldova. Any claim arising in connection with this contract, in the event that no common agreement is reached, the dispute shall be settled by the court;
4.3 The courses are taught exclusively in English. There is no differentiation between Romanian or Russian speakers;
4.4 This contract enters into force from the moment of signing and is valid until the end of the course;
4.5 The participant has been informed about his / her rights as a subject of the personal data provided in art. 12-14 of Law no. 133 of 08.07.2011 on the protection of personal data and agrees that the information you provide be stored and used by ACORD PLUS.COM SRL.
